Service Description

A Pixie service exclusively designed for busy realtors looking to ready a home before listing. Choose from three levels of service: Consultation Only: We will lend our trained eye to you and provide our verbal suggestions for the space spontaneously. No plan of action will be provided. Basic Prep: We will provide a consultation, to estimate our time needed for the home preparation. Using what the homeowner has, we will stage the home to be put on the market, by simplifying and streamlining the furniture and decor. Full Service Prep: The home will be completely prepared for market, including staging existing furniture and decor, providing touches like soaps and candles to the spaces for open house, and conducting a deep clean if needed. Any skilled labor needed for improvements can be managed. This consultation is estimated to take 1-3 hours depending on the extent of your project and how detailed we need to be per space. This service will be billed hourly at $150/hr, with the initial hour due upon booking. Any additional time will be billed $150/hr after the consultation is complete. We accept all major credit cards and charge a 3% CC fee. If you need to cancel please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation. There will be no refunds for the scheduled appointment, but you will allowed one rescheduled consultation, within 10 days. Thank you, and we look forward to meeting with you!
